Learn how to produce a full meditation track, from the first sound to the final export, tuned to a healing frequency and ready to release.
A real, finished healing track I produced specifically for this course, built from one single pad sound, that you deconstruct and rebuild step by step.
Why meditation music sits at 40-60 BPM, how to build a simple melody using one held note and Scale Mode, with no music theory required.
Why almost every instrument in a meditation track needs reverb, and how to automate filters and volume so elements arrive gently instead of jumping in.
How to record light language, chanting, or spoken meditation, even with nothing more than a pair of headphones as your mic, and make it sound full and wide.
Where to find usable, licensed nature sound libraries, and how to loop them seamlessly across a full-length track.
How to build frequencies from scratch using Operator, reference the right Hz for the right intention, and layer entrainment with Solfeggio tones.
The “energy pyramid” structure: how to introduce one element at a time and build a track that actually takes someone on a journey.
How to re-tune your finished mix to 432 Hz without shifting your healing frequency, add a limiter, and export a real, client-ready file.
Every track is different, but the process moves through the same natural stages.
We start from nothing but a single pad sound, set the tempo to match a resting heart rate, and build the first melody using one held note. This becomes the harmonic foundation for everything else.
We add reverb, automation, and arpeggiators, learning how to make elements enter and recede smoothly, so nothing ever feels abrupt or jarring to a relaxed listener.
We record vocals, add nature sounds, and build binaural beats, monaural beats, and healing frequencies from scratch, layering them intentionally into the track.
We shape the full arrangement, retune the mix to 432 Hz, add a limiter, and export the finished track, ready to share.
Short, focused videos you can pause, rewind, and work alongside at your own pace, grouped into the 4 stages above.
The exact Ableton project used throughout the course, included as a direct download, so you always have a real reference to open and learn from.
Headphones are enough to get started; the course also covers USB mics and audio interfaces for when you’re ready to upgrade.

I’ve spent years teaching at one of Germany’s largest online music production schools, and given feedback on more than 3.000 student productions. Through a burnout and my own spiritual awakening, I discovered the healing power of sound. Since then I work as a sound healer and conscious music producer, so I speak both languages – technical and intuitive.
In 2024, other healers starting reaching out and asking whether I could teach them how I make my healing music. That’s when I started teaching again, but this time with more depth and calm.
My own music lives under projects like FREQUENCY CHAMBER and FREQUENCY33. I make what I teach & love, every day.

Not necessarily, but you should already be comfortable with Ableton’s basics: creating tracks, recording a MIDI clip, finding your way around. If that’s not you yet, start with the Beginners course first.
No. The course shows you how to get started with just a pair of headphones as an improvised mic, plus options for USB mics and audio interfaces if you want to upgrade later.
No. You work inside a real meditation track I produced specifically for this course, learning every step by actually rebuilding and extending it. Once you’ve got the workflow, you have everything you need to go produce your own original tracks.
No. The project you work inside is a real composition I made, and it stays mine. What you make during the course is for learning, not for release. Once you’ve learned the workflow here, you have everything you need to go make and release fully original music of your own.
The course is 62 short videos, about 2.5 hours total, but give yourself more time to actually work through each stage alongside me — most people spend several sessions finishing the full track.
No. The course uses Ableton’s Scale Mode and a single-note melody approach specifically so you don’t need any music theory to get a good result.
No. Once you get access to the course, it’s yours, but we don’t offer refunds.
